Persistent Systems. System that doesnt work.

Its been a while since we all gave Persistent  MY PASSION CHALLENGE..
Below are few points I want you to look at :

1. Even after 1 written, 2 technical and 1 HR ; what was the need of MY PASSION test ?   This raises question on potential of guys who selected us , were you really doubtful ?
2. Do you really think one can learn a language PROFESSIONALLY just be reading links provided by you and can jump directly on projects ?
3. During casual discussion Kaustubh Bhadbhade said  "Learning a new language is advantageous for you guys "  with your point, whats the need of recruiting new people, just train  existing employees (or ask them to study on their own), or ask HR guys or you yourself learn few languages. I can imagine myself learning 12 languages in 12 months, that too; professionally. I FEEL LIKE GOD.
4. Kaustubh Bhadbhade also said  "Persistent systems asked recruiting team to identify what students are good at; " , then why you assigned new technologies to those who didnt know ABCD of it even before joining and without proper training?  Change of plans ? contradiction.
   
   


5. People out there think Persistent Systems saved their money by not providing training. Tell me you dont care about what people think about persistent.
6. Do you think this test is gonna leave POSITIVE impression on new comers  or even those who want to join persistent in future ? ( If you wanted to conduct test without prior training , you should have told us in PPT.) Dude, wanna join persistent at a GREAT package of 3.5 LPA ?
7. Many candidates HAD to learn new languages just for a TEST that they dont really know about. Level of questions, Type of questions, Limit of links, depth of topics, If that was a part of plan, why didnt persistent guys declare it in PPT.
8. TWO MONTHS OF TRAINING , THEN A TEST. we were told this LOUDLY  during PPT.  So we gave written, 2 technical interviews, 1 HR Interview and after few months...suddenly a mail comes through, SURPRISE !!!!   persistent systems wants to test you. AGAIN !!!! 
9. Unfinished portal, results not on time and  MY PASSION TEST , total harassment.
   
   
   
10. People didnt attend other companies just because of persistent systems, not your fault, but even before stepping their first leg in corporate world, hundreds of them were blown out.
11. Even I didnt attend Amdocs just because I was going to be a part of PRESTIGIOUS PERSISTENT where I will learn something, didnt know I will have to learn something new on my own. Now I am left with no options, even if I get selected in persistent, I will raise my eyebrow on every move of persistent "Oh .. is this a new plan to kick me out of the company ?"
12.  "Those who couldnt make first round, come-on guys .. you have second chance too ... !! just waste few more months, learn something..leave your home town for few days... come here, waste money ,.. waste time.. give exam.. wait for results.... if you manage to get in, you will get the same pay grade which we promised, though you will be standing at last but it is fun to see your classmates growing in other companies, Dont regret why you chose persistent systems,,, we have given you second change.. learn by your own... and if you couldnt turn this opportunity too.. then we promise we will give you crystal clear notice YOU ARE OF NO USE TO US, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME. 13. Most of us are so frustrated that we have started questioning each other, Dude, why didnt we join Wipro/ Infosys/ amdocs/ accenture/ TCS/ Oracle/ XYZ  when we had a chance ? Other guys have already joined their company.
    

14. I truly understand that in a cut throat competition, one has to learn the way to survive.
    
    I am  Taekwondo PRO, you train YOURSELF in one month, if you manage to survive, I will give you my GOLD MEDAL  and your medical bill,  else I will give you another chance to learn swimming or Taekwondo again or perhaps skating (depends upon what I want,and not what you are good at ).  If you couldn't survive, you LOOK BAD, BROKEN, FAMILY CALLS U LOSER, FRIENDS WILL ASK YOU ON FB ABOUT ME.
